And the entire population of Hanoi turned out to celebrate. I've got
some amazing footage of the madness.
Karen made an interesting observation: in most other places this would
have led to some ugly mayhem. But the Vietnamese are the most
amazingly good natured people. Just start chanting Vietnam! Vietnam!
and it's smiles all around.
