Here's what Karen ate for breakfast this morning:
1 mimosa
1 green salad with dill creme fraiche and half a smoked trout
1 glass verdolhe
4 eggs
1 cup black beans
2 waffles
1 salmon fillet
Half an avocado
1 chantilly cream strawberry brownie milkshake

I'm constantly amazed by her ability to maintain her svelte, girlish figure.
