The food!
It's all about the food in Lyon, the city has more restaurants per resident than any other city in France. Lyon is also home to the humble Bouchon, that typical and casual Lyonnaise dining establishment. We ate at a great one our first night, and an amazing one tonight, staffed entirely by ladies, Bouchon les Filles. I'm amazed at how the French eat so much--salad, entree, cheese, dessert--and so late on a Sunday night (we closed the ladies down at midnight).
