Serious sweets
I'm falling in love with Japanese confectionary, in a mad dash to try as many as possible while here (today I ate a matcha taco cake stuffed with bean paste). This Edo period model in the National Museum is a reminder about the historical and cultural roots of the tradition, showcasing models of all the shapes. Love!
