A multiple course tofu menu? Yes please! At Sasa-no-Yuki, they have been making their own tofu for more than 300 years. Their tasting menu of diverse, small tofu dishes was so lovingly and beautifully composed. The texture and taste of the tofu here is remarkable, almost cheese-like.
