Kochi backwaters

A Canadian couple we met in Delhi encouraged us to take a backwater tour while in Kochi, so we signed up for a half day. It pretty much reminded us of every river boat ride we've ever taken--from the Mekong in Vietnam to the Bayou in Louisiana. Despite the lack of novelty, the scenery was lovely and the slow moving boat ride, very relaxing.
